CANCELLATION POLICY
There's a 50% charge of services for NO SHOWS, RESCHEDULING and CANCELLATIONS within a 24 HOUR notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment and there will be a 50% charge of service. BOOKING POLICY FOR NEW CLIENTS *To better serve our clients and reduce missed appointments, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients booking services lasting one hour or more. Your deposit will be credited towards your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
